Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities relating to sales and marketing of Mercantile Office Systems (P) Ltd and Mercantile Communications (P) Ltd.
- Represent company in trade shows and exhibitions.
- Prepare marketing reports by Collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales and service data.
- Responsible for developing marketing strategy for hardware, software product of the organization.
- Responsible for developing strategies along with sales team for improving sales of Consumer and Corporate Marketing Team.
- Responsible for creating Brand Image and developing marketing and sales plan.
- Responsible for developing brand awareness, promoting the organization and its product, encouraging product adoption and coordinating social media activities in coordination with the individual team head.
- Engage with alliance partners to build brand credibility, create pipeline jointly and increase the win rate.
- Research, collate and analyze competitors and market intelligence information for existing and future product.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget.
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
- Liaison with media and advertising.
- Coordinate with the Head of various Division and plan their monthly sales and marketing activities and programs.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
